[/quote] The last time i asked a girl out, which was in grade 12, which is like 4 years ago, i got rejected. Ever since then, i have not asked. because i know that every other girl is going to say the same thing.

My boyfriend has social phobia, although I didn't know it at the time, I just thought he was a little quiet.
Now I know him I know that is not the case at all, quite the opposite in fact when he is with me sometimes i cant shut him up!

My point is.. I was his first girlfriend as he haddn't asked anyone either as he thought that no one would be interested in him.

The problem with having that negative opinion of yourself is that other people pick up on it. As I liked my boyf for a while but didn't say anything to him as I thought He wasn't interested in me!!

So you never know?? I believe there is always someone out there for you you just have to find them, or perhaps they will find you. It always happens when you least expect it. Don't go out looking for it just be open.

Do you go to places where you can meet new people? This may be a scary experience, but the more you do it the more confident you will become.

I found my boyf, and im glad i did. I have no regrets!!
So try to keep positive.
