Has anyone tried it? Does anyone know of any sites? I did find one but ive forgotton what it was called. Im seriously considering this as i am having great difficulty at the thought of 'seeing' a psychologist/pyshciatrist or verbally speaking to one on the phone....... TIA

I have some experience with this in several areas.

There was an ANGER MANAGEMENT site that was very helpful.

And there is a web site called www.recoverynation.com that I have used.

That is the limit of my knowledge.
