This is such an interesting topic and its fun to hear whats going on in some peoples minds. I wish you would elaborate on what you're dreamming about? I'm constantly in my own head and I'm always having the oddest little day dreams but they arent extraordinary or anything they're like these small simple things. Like I have this reoccuring one where I imagine myself sitting in a cafe, reading a book, and then I'll meet the love of my life. Or sitting on the sofa with the love of my life eating chinese food out of the carton with my hair in rollers watching old black and white films... WEIRD Shocked , right! I blame watching too many movies. lol

My daydreams are stupid, lol. I always daydream about being famous or something. And then talking to reporters and stuff about how I had really bad anxiety growing up and how I got over it. Then giving everyone else who has it hope that they too can my anxiety free like me.

A lot of my daydreams have to do with that. I pretend im older, like in my 30s. And I look back at how much I changed and remember how stupid I was to be so worried over the smallest things. And I think about how I thought I would never get over my anxiety.

I guess thats how I hope things will work out but im afraid they wont

Beauty that is NOT stupid at all! I get those sort of daydreams too. It's so wonderful that you have that desire in your heart. Don't be afraid, I have faith you'll get better, most of us probably will. Its just a hunch I have Wink

Pay attention to your daydreams, they represent what we want. Not everything is possible in life, but, if you can recognize the part of the daydream that you can be experiencing now, start doing it.

I use to have daydreams of myself (EGO, it is usually the ego that shows up in daydreams) being recognized while performing something in which I was the best. That lead me to start playing tennis, and take dancing lessons. At least the ego got calmed down a little bit. I got very close to win a tennis tournament in the second year after start taking lessons.

Listen your soul and try to make it happy, and teach it how to understand that it won't get everything it wants, but it can get close.
