find out what caused your problem.. read about the different cognative therapies (believe me they're out there) and soon you'll be able to understand then decide if you want to change it..
i dont want to work or talk to people.. at the moment.
i just want a chance to get myself level for a while before the next episode.
but due to societies unbeding will to crush all those that dont conform.
i must fix myself now and get back to work.
does pressure ever help?
not a tiny bit.
i'm now a house husband, my wife works and i do chores
this sounds like heaven for me.
but with each tv advert, poster and opinion i find myself being pushed away from help by my own fecking pride and those that try to help..
this is 2008 not 1940.. leave me the hell alone.. if i dont want to assume my expected role in society i'll die before i conform..
as with other co-morbid's.. dont try and change to what you think society and people around you want you to be.. be the person you hide.
anything else for me would be pointless and not worth the stress and additional feelings that'll add to the problem.

agree with me or dont agree.. i care not but helping my brethren through this.
