Hey guys, just wanted to share something that has made me feel alot better! I spoke infront of a few strangers, and my therapist filmed me. It felt like I was gonna burn up and I thought I was going red as hell! but then I watched the tape, and I looked and sounded totally normal! I didnt look that red at all! Its worth a try, maybe it can help you too Very Happy

I read somewhere recently that it has something to do with a learned imbalance in the sympathetic nervous system which controls the flight or fight response, therefore if that response is habitually triggered(e.g in high school through humiliation or bullying) it gets misdirected.

Recently I had the idea that thinking about my little nephew would help disassociate those emotions in given situations, it seems to help a little atm and also the maxim that "what you resist persists".

Its really great to see that other people are dealing with this and that its not such a big deal. I think in my job interview tomorrow I won't have to worry about something so silly.
