I do not understand why people do not want to be on medicines if they are helping them

That's the point, meds don't help most people at all.

I know they do not help everyone
But really, I wouldn't say they don't help "most"
Most people I know in real life that took them have been helped to some degree
I know people body's and minds are differents, but I think that ssri's are so strong that it's hard to believe that they do not help, I mean, I feel like i'm on ecstasy sometimes(which is a very pleasurable sensation btw)
And it's impossible to be shy while on ecstasy you just get too crazy

Btw, i'm not trying to offend you saying you're lying or something I just have a different opinion
and also you can combine therapy with drugs you don't need to drop one of them

I would take medication willingly if I could but after 3 attempts with different tablets I have given up. On all 3 my anxiety got worse & I felt suicidal. I am taking beta blockers & together with a healthy diet I feel much better.

I'm thinking about trying hypnosis or SELF hypnosis. However I recently heard that only less than 10% of people can be successfully hypnotized. Of course that's just hearsay.

Paid hypnotists will probably say that ANYONE can be put under hypnosis (because otherwise they would make less money Wink)

you can also try Zpoint process, this works the same as hypnosis (with the subconscious mind) it's just easier and you can do it by yourself. First try it, before dissing it if it looks to easy to be true.

Have you tried it? Did it work for you?

I have and I feel it does something(feel some energy shifting afterwards), but not enough. However, this may be for everyone different, so it's always worth a try. I know there is someone on this forum who has used EFT and is cured by it.

What exactly is it? How much does it cost, if anything?
