well for some reason or other my dad saw i had been visiting a suicide/depression forum and I overheard him and my mom talking about it.. they know I get down a lot but nothing like this. My god how am i going to look them in the eyes now.. i'm used to keeping all these thoughts locked up in my head.. this is starting to feel all too real.

well, if they are good parents they will be proactive about it, guide you, and get you some help . there is nothing to be ashamed of. if they try to make you feel shame then your parents are shitty people and you will need to be strong enough to help yourself.
