i'm the opposite to that. i think hard before i say something and by the time i've made my mind up to say it the topic of the conversation has already changed (it's a pain in the ass).

I think I suck in all the most amazing ways.
I screwed up this topic a bit because I DO over-analyse almost everything i'm going to say. I have a fear that people will think i'm strange or my voice will sound wierd. I guess what I was trying to say in my post was I spoke before I had time to think because I was nervous and it just 'jumped' out.. lol.

I usually don´t think before speaking because the result wouldn´t be good. And it works quite well, not to think much about what we are going to say. Different it is when I am required to say something in the public, I keep thinking like mad about what I am going to say. And it must be recognizable that I am tense. Nevertheless sometimes it turns out well also. Sometimes it is a disaster.. I remember I was scared to sing at school at a music lesson as a child. I was always worrying the whole week in advance. And usually it did turn out to be a complete disaster. But once a strange thing happened. I was almost dying from nervosity, but once I came there I was suddenly completely calm and sung several songs so beautifully and impeccably, that when I finished the class was stunned. The teacher as well and I obtained A+ grade (or what is the english equivalent). Later on when I was a bit older I was good at reciting poems, I even could not wait till I go. I was even chosen for a competition with my friend.
This might look that I am not so shy, but I am shy like nobody. If I happen to succeed it is a result of desperately trying to calm down.
