Hi guys, I wonder if any of you could help me out.

I hear a lot about panic attacks bringing on a fear of dying - but I actualy get a fear of living when I have one. I can kind of rationalise the physical symptoms, but it's the mental ones that I can't seem to cope with.

I'm not sure how best to put it into words, but it's kind of like I've just seen the world fo what it really is and it's an unbearable place to live in. And i can't understand why no-one else can see it for what it is.

Of course, these feelings pass when the panic attack does, but they are so unbearably strong at the time that I'm sure I'm going insane.

Anyone else had experience with this?

Yeah, I have had similar experiences like that...
Its strange... like all of a sudden I think about all the bad things and how this world is horrible and scary to live in... and yeah I do feel like I am going crazy... but then it just goes away.
I usually pray when this happens and it helps sometimes.... other times I just deal with it.

Yeah I know just what you mean. it's like you feel that there is too muchgoing on and you just can't handle the whole concept of life and it's too intense. I get the same way during the attacks. Just breath deep and try and think positive. It's the only way to make it better.

I had the same experience as you are having at present.Panic attacks make our present life miserable as we will be frightened about the symptoms but we should find the ways to cure to lead a peaceful life.
