i feel alone !!!! i want to go out and do things but im so tierd ....anxitious..... and panicky ...... i carnt breath properly !! i hope i dont have to suffer with these feelings 4 ever ,, but its so hard to deal with after having them 4 so long .... i dont know how to relax ne more im always tense and paranoid . my head feels so messed up . xx

just think that whenever you do somethin outside or in public then you wont always have these feelings cus you can use that positive experience & build on it, also if panic is holdin u back just think of how good it'll feel when you've done it, aim for that feeling & know that it will only get better from there Smile

i do try and go out i dont want to becme agraphobic ... i feel like i need some one to make me go out though ! coz i get ready to go out then start to think ... no i'll stay. because im too tierd . im fact exhausted !!! doing nothing !! xx

ask someone you know to go out for a walk to catch up with how they're doing or go to the park with someone so then you wont back out, it'll make you do it and the park shouldnt be too full of people depending on the day & time

Challenge youself everyday. When you take yourself out of your comfort zone, you chip away at the process of overcoming your anxiety. When you shy away in fear, you empower the anxiety that controls you.

It's that simple. With every action you're either taking a step forward or a step back. Grit your teeth and take the step forward. Remember, ultimately you WILL overcome this.

bingo.. this is the problem I have. I find going out by myself the biggest problem.
