Hi,

I was thinking about the underlying causes for HH and the respective symptoms.

Since the sweating dominates every other physical complaint, usually I don't pay too much attention to other physical problems, but now I was wondering what kind of other symptoms you all might have.

For instance, for pheochromocytoma, other symptoms are episodes of headaches, tachycardia (rapid and inconsistent heartbeat without physical exercise), hypertension (high blood pressure) and elevated blood sugar levels.

Now I know I have the first 2, probably the 3rd, last one I don't know, but I was wondering, how special is this? Doesn't anyone with HH and the resulting stress have problems with those or are there some people that are totally relaxed but still have HH.

(on a side note, I also have dry eyes and a dry mouth, and I'm not on medication nor have I been to cause that...and massive earpain when I'm in a descending plane)

One anecdote; I had to do a physical stamina test once in a gym (this was about 4 years ago so my sweating wasn't that bad yet at that point) on a spinner, their was a heart rate device attached to it, to see where the optimal heart rate level was for me to exercise, which turned out between 190 and 200 BPM, which is fairly healthy and normal in itself. However, when I got on the device, my heart rate was already at 140 BPM...I hadn't lifted a finger yet...*sigh*
