I really do not understand how everyone around me has girlfriends or boyfriends, and i do not.
I am i not good enough for girls, or whatever, or girls just don't care.. I don' t understand.. Just frustrated with everything.. I don't believe that i will get a girl, and maybe that is a good thing that i am by myself. I can do what i want without nagging and critizizing.

Is this what you think?
If it is this may be YOUR problem to change.
First awareness- ask yourself Why do you feel like this?
Should you feel ike this?- Answer is NO
What would you tell someone else in your situation?
Write a list of your strentghs as a person
Resposibility
Politeness
Laid back
etc..... Answer yes or no , sometimes is not an option as everyone is sometimes.
Take these, BELIEVE in them and hold on to them.

hi i am in the forum for the first time properly.my sp has gotten more severe and i have problems with being comfortable with members of opposite sex.still believe i will meet the one
If you believe that you are not good with girls you will never be good with girls. Ask a girl what she finds most attractive about a guy and the first thing she will tell you is CONFIDENCE!! If you lack confidence and self esteem you will attract nothing! Ive seen the ugliest guys get the prettiest girls. How did they do it? They have confidence in themselves.

This is half true, people are attracted to people who they are able to lean on, someone who fills their happiness, hence the word STABLE, which is so widely used. "I'm looking for someone stable". People want people who are well grounded, know them selves and who are confidenta nd like to have fun. It's just the unestablished rule in life I guess.
So? That means, we must all work on our self-esteems and confidence!!!! For our own sake and for the sake of relationships!
We must work towards becoming "stable". And that is a journey, an everyday process.
