Hello Social Phobia World,

My name is Tom, I'm 18 years old and I'm from Wales, UK. You may have seen me around the chat room in the last few days Very Happy.

I've sufferered from social phobia for the last 4 years, I wouldn't say it was severe. I used to think it was severe, but after coming here and reading some of the posts I realised it's nothing compared to what some of you got.

Anyway, I'm not going to bore you with a life story or anything. if anyone wants to chat you can find me in the chat room in the nights, or you can PM me.
