^ Horrible song, thats probably the song i've ever repeated most, all whilst crying. Do not recommend. + you feel soo imaeture years later for having cried to a song like this lol.

"Closedown" - The Cure
It just paints a picture of being jaded, feeling numb, and wishing that you could inject some love and happiness into your life. That describes how i feel about 90% of the time!

Also, i like Rachmaninov's 2nd piano concerto, 1st movement. It's very dark and atmospheric!

When i just want cheering up, Chopin's Etude Op. 10/3 normally does the trick.

I dunno, I think blink 182 are quite an underrated band, at least as far as critical concensus is concerned. True, they were a band that I was into when I was much younger, but I've recently rediscovered some of their tracks, and I think they're really, genuinely good- and this is not just nostalgia. Adam's song is really sad- and it's great in that it's able to be so sad, whilst superficially sounding, at least relatively, upbeat.
