Hi Everyone,
I have battled with shyness, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and low self-esteem. Being a logical person, I reasoned that, OK...I have a problem...what is the solution? As a result, I have read countless number of books, trying to learn how to heal myself. I have learned a lot and made a lot of progress over the years. I joined this forum to share what I have learned as well as learn from others.

Firstly Welcome to the forum, Im very new here myself and would be happy to learn from your experiences. What really helped me was when I finally identifed what my problem was and to discover that it had a name and that there were others who felt like I did. I joined a local self help group which although no longer in existance was a great help to me in the initial stages. Very Happy
