sometimes there are those days when everything bothering you is magnified and even though it seemed you've been coping well all week all the horrible worries and feelings suddenly hits you at the same time as your mood takes a down swing and all your strength is sapped out and all you can do is complain in a forum in one big run on sentence.

sometimes i just want to pick a fight with a random person doing something bad in the world.

just thinking about the ways of causing them pain gets me off
