Ok it's time for the update....Good news to report.... I am down to 263.2 pounds today...so that's about 162 pounds lost in 12 months & one week's time.
I had a few days of a stalemate as far as losing anything but today it moved south again so I'm feeling good about that.....I pushed extra hard today with my exercise.....feels really good to see results.
I will keep everyone posted of my progress.

- June 11th 2008 - Ok.... update time.
I'm 257 today...everything stil going decent....not losing as fast as i did months back... but thats to be expected now....as I'm getting down there where it will come off slower.
Added boxing to my regular routine now, every other day I box the heavy bag for about 30 minutes....& I now am letting myself take wekends off from exercise all together...it helps me & it gives me time to heal & relax for a change... Thanks to my wonderful friend miss_amy for helping me to realise that I can just let it go & that it will help rather than hurt to take those two days off.
I will Update in a few weeks again.....root me on yall.

Hey...please take that back Lexmark.....that's a crappy thing to say... miss_amy is my friend & she didn't say anything that would have called for that kind of a comment..she was just having fun with me.....she's a very smart woman, & she has helped me lots.

- June 25th 2008 UPDATE -
Hit plateau of sorts....not losing weight right now holding practicly to what I was in last update (calling it 257)....but gaining muscle I spect, boxing going good really.... had solid 30 minutes of non stop punching today, along with my usual routine...feels good...getting stronger.. fingers arent hurting as much now afterwords, getting used to it I guess. Stil maintaing 1500 calories or less each day give or take a few.
I will update in another week or two.
