I'm listening to a couple of mp3 files and after two weeks it has payed off. I'm feeling less to not anxious at all around people. Maybe you should give it a try? The particular files that worked for me are:

- Mindfit Hypnosis (Dr. Andrew Dobson)
- Supreme Self-Confidence (Paul McKenna)

Both can be downloaded from torrent websites such as mininova.org and torrentportal.com
