Hi, My name is Michele and I have been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety for a fair few years now. But earlier this year things took a turn for the worse. Things are looking up now, however I am just here for support and to offer other people my support. My family and friends do not understand anything about my condition and say 'its just a phase' this is something they have been saying for at least four years now. I think at 23 its pretty obvious it is more than just a phase.
Anyhow, I thought I would introduce myself and say Hi!
It is just nice to know that there are a lot of people here, with the same problems...as finally I feel I have found people who will understand where I am coming from.
