I usually can't take small steps when trying to overcome a particular problem or achieve a goal. It's either everything or nothing for me and most of the time it's "nothing". I'm so paralyzed by my fear of failure that I end up doing absolutely nothing. I can't seem to create a performance action plan free of FEAR. Can you relate?

I'm kind of like that. If I try to improve something about myself, if I don't see results immediately, I just give up. It's a very bad thing for someone who wants to lose weight.
