I workout all the time and makes me feel AWESOME! but the main reason I workout is because of the music. It pumps me up out of my "little bubble" and refocuses me on my life goals. With all the bullshit that happens at home and school, it just makes the stress burn right off my shoulders. How bout some suggestions from the guys and GIRLS of their favorite "pump up" songs of all time. Here are some of mine (these are just on my ipod, I need more!):

Down- 311
99 problems- JAy-Z
American Bad Ass- Kid Rock
Bark at the moon- Ozzy
Bawitdaba- Kid Rock
No sleep till Brooklyn- Beastie boys
Living on a prayer- Living on a prayer
Boom- POD
Bring em out- ?
Born in the USA- Bruce Springsteen
Calling you- Blue October (reminds of this girl I used to know)
Block rockin Beats- Chemical Brothers
under Pressure- David Bowie and queen
Dig- incubus
Days go by- Dirty Vegas (techno!)
Down with the sickness- distrubed
through the fire and the flames- dragonforce
Dragula- Rob Zombie
More Human that Human- Rob Zombie
AND A LOT MORE OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

himsa - skinwalkers (the opening of this song gets you incredibly pumped)

chiodos - the word best friend redefined

bless the fall - take me now part 2

limp bizket - break stuff

hip hop

genelec & memphis reigns - cali to japan (the original that has a piano beat)

now i realize you wouldnt consider some of these pump up songs.
