May 13th.
I gotta get in shape now. Too much sitting has ruined my body. Too much abuse has gone on for too long. From now on there will be 50 pushups each morning, 50 pullups. There will be no more pills, there will be no more bad food, no more destroyers of my body. From now on it will be total organization. Every muscle must be tight.

that's it son. I think that's probably the key for everyone here- men and women alike. If we could all be a bit more like Bobby D/Travis Bickle/Henry Crinkle then we wouldn't go far wrong.

Yes I agree, it is a fantastic attitude. Exercise helps with so much, confidence boosting, releasing happy chemicals in the brain. I will just say, you look fine in your photo. Smile This isn't a "come on", I am married woman, lol.

Peace xxx

I agree with Times-Ticking's opinion on the subject.

50 pullups??? You sure you don't mean sit ups? If you can do 50, you must already be in somewhat good shape.

Good job, bro. Sounds like you're serious about making a change. Just don't lose sleep over it.
