Hi,
just want to say hello.
I'm 33 years and I have this symptoms since I can think. The interesting part is that I didn't realize it as a problem up to an age of 12. Then I got the impression that I'm the only man of the world that is so strange.
For job reason I moved away from my hometown. Since this 8 years I made quite some progress. It was very helpfull for me to do everything by my own. No one else is around who could help me by buying food etc.
Now I can do things that I have to do. Unfortunately it doesn't prevent that I barely go out of the house on the weekend. It is not a must and the anxiety is too high.
