I feel as i have mild ocd but then again i need to be diagnosed further, i was prescribed paxil small amount and xanax as the occasional med based onanxiety attacks.

Does anyone have any opinions on these two. I'm holding off getting them but another side of me is telling me to try and see how it goes.

Any recommendations with others on it, or scared to try it.

I'm currently medication free and no alcohol or drug or smoking abuse. occasional gambling which sucks when i lose!!!
