Hello everyone here. I am glad I found this website.

I suffer from social phobia , anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder.

Since I was a small child, I have been very anxious around other people.

Right now I am scared to write this for fear that someone will laugh at something about me. Or that someone will not like me. Or that I may make some grammar mistake.

I guess I over-analyze things.


I am twenty-three years old. I live with my grandparents. I have never had a serious relationship with a guy.
For the last six months my anxiety and depression have been so bad I have become a recluse , only leaving the house to go to the grocery store and to see my therapist twice a month. I hate even doing that. I am facing a life on disability if things do not change. I never imagined that my life at 23 would be this.

Anyways that is me. I hope I meet a lot of people here. I am thankful this place exists.
