I'm 31, but I still feel 26. I lived off Portage Av in St James for a time. I still want Chris to post here. He lives on the same street as me! lol.

hey folks. selkirk manitoba here. attended my first A.D.A.M. this week. a weekly support group would be nice as this is a once a month meeting.
I guess for the record i suffer from SA/GAD/Panic Attacks since childhood (crappy life considering i'm 40 now) and have a few phobias that i deal with.
If anyone knows of a weekly group please let me know

I'd rather live in Calgary, but I have a daughter here I visit at least once a week.
