That probably means the person he thinks you look like would be insulting if you knew. That's probably never a good thing to hear. I suppose it could also mean he's very bad with names and doesn't remember who you look like.

It could mean somethign good or bad. It might just mean you look like this person, but they can't remember who exactly it was.
