Hey guys I’m new here and I’ve been agoraphobic for 5 years. I'm a 27 year old male who suffers from extreme SA and even find this some what difficult. I felt like I’ve been in a pit of despair these last couple of years and the harder I’ve tried to climb out the further I would fall in.

I almost never leave my house and was really confused and angry at my self. I started to read these forums then realized I wasn’t alone, which gave me hope of talking to people that can understand the hardships and loneliness. I have no friends and I’m extremely lonely. If you feel similar in anyway and need a friend let me know, I need one too. PM me
