Hi, I am starting a new support group for people with social phobia / anxiety in Southampton. The group will run every Thursday 7.30 - 9.30. If you find attending the first meeting difficult we also offer free personal one to one support to assist you. In the group you will meet people who understand and support you, and who are looking for your support and understanding. We will be exploring and sharing techniques that people who have overcome social phobia have found useful.
