Hey. My name is Ben. I'm 18.

I had a nervous breakdown then serious agoraphobia and depression for 2 years.
After becoming increasingly frustrated with the healthcare/doctors/psychiatrists, I decided to do it on my own, and spent a year recovering.

Now I have finished college I am writing an eBook on my exsperience and recovery, in hope to give people comprehensive guidance and advice that is actauly UNDERSTANDING.

I'd like your help in knowing what you would be looking for in this?
What do you need guidance/advice on?
What are you're biggest most common fears/problems/thoughts?

Please help me to help you and others like you.

You can not do your treatment, a pschiatrist can make you heal...Because it is an illness...

There is no use just saying 'you can't do it'.

You're not helping anyone including yourself with that attitude.

That's very true!!

You could help some people before they get to bad, but some people like myself(I've been agoraphobic for about 17 years >_<) would need professional help!!

Which I'm only just getting now!! O_o

i have this since i was a child..i dont think we can do a lot,just accepting who we are..the others cant accept it
