only the other day i had confrontation which i absolutly hate, but one of the ways i find helps is to breath properly,i know thats easier said than done in situations where you are anxious but it realy does help for me.

But the real way i avoid it is to try and avoid confrontaion but thats not always possible.

When I used to go out, I had pretty bad muscle twitches. People laughed at me for that too, and made up weird reasons of it. I HEARD it. It WASN'T imaginary.

(I typed wrongly before.)

I get that feeling of panic when talking to people, (and if I do speak, it's very quietly), and I get the lip quiver thingy too. Shocked I hate it. And like you, Scottish_Player, it happens if there is any time of confrontation, or when I try to take a stand or just simply give my opinion. It sucks cause, even if I have valid opinion or information to add, basically keep it to myself, cause it's impossible for me to get my point across Sad
