I've always wanted to open a restaurant where to serve only natural, organic, low fat and nutrient hight food without making the clients pay too much.

Sebastian..that idea is awesome! I always wanted to do something like that too, cause where I live, there is only fast food crap and no healthy alternatives.. I am vegetarian, don't have too many options as far as a restaurant.(although I am not one for sitting in a restaurant; Shocked

ordering is a challenge)

I'm a vegetarian as well and I think people would love natural and healthy food, especially here in Montreal.
