Phobia clinic for those who with extreme phobias

There is this group based in NY that I found online. I spoke with th person in charge there on phone, and he told me they do phone consultation to people all over the world to help w/anxiety and phobias. However they charge like crazy for an hour of help. But at the same time I think there are some people on this forum who need desperate help and can afford this kind of therapy.

I bought some cd'd from them and I can't believe what a waste it is. I mean this is the most useless thing I've seen for s.a.
