|
|
Does any one use OTC SAM-e tablets for treating mood/emotional problems. For the pask few weeks i am really stressful and my SP related anxiety is going up. I am not taking any medication right now but i wanted to check if the tabs will make any difference.
Also, i found zinc oxide and magnesium strerate tablets. Are these good for mood relief..
i appreciate your comments. thanks.

I;m wondering if the Men's One A Day health formula works? Its got 15mg zinc, 120mg magnesium, 3mg vitamin B6, 18mcg vitamin b12, and LOTS of other vitamins and minerals and what not.

I am a lil leary about all this!
If it worked thats great. Anxiety though, doesnt have a QUICK fix...
If youre taking medication, im happy for you that its helping, but your dependent on it. I think its safe to say that all of us here want to be rid of anxiety on our OWN, not depend on medicine or vitamins.
Furthermore, if you do try this, half the time these things dont work. I would definitely talk to a doctor before doing something drastic like this
