OMFG@

it's been months since i last took SJW, and today, i tried one..

BAM! i became more relaxed, i dont think about past actions, my i-dont-give-a-shyt attitude intensified, and i dont care what others think of me.

i feel i am more laid back, and feel more at ease

man, it really works, at least for me, and beleive me, its not placebo effect..Smile

There is an excellent site for all those who want to know about sjw and other herbal remedies.

www.sjwinfo.org

I have learnt a lot after visiting the site. Initially i was skeptical of using any herbal products, but right now i am very confident with the information i had from the site..just to let you know so that you also find it useful..

Hi! Until yesterday I had been taking it for about 3 1/2 weeks but I came off it because it wasn't doing anything at all for me.

While I was taking it the only side effects I noticed was the occasional spell of diarrhoea but only every few days to a week and it would go away very quickly.

I eat a pretty healthy diet and alot of the things on your list of foods aren't things I'd eat very often of some of them never. However, I was taking athsma inhalers, tyrosine suppliment tablets, a little bit of chocolate the odd time, and I took an antihistimine for my hay fever once or twice too with no adverse reactions.

Before going onto the St. John's Wort I had been using Bach's rescue remedy for years and found it useful but St. Johns wort did absolutely nothing for my SA unfortunately.

1. To give St. John's wort a fair shot, the safe bet is to take it for at least 8 weeks. It takes longer than SSRI's to work, and those take up to 6 weeks to attain full efficacy.

2. Make sure you are on high quality St. John's wort. I'd suggest a research-grade brand with standardized 0.3% hypericin and 4% hyperforin extracts. A decade ago, the hype was centered on hypericin, but now hyperforin is coming to the forefront, it seems. Check out http://www.hypericum.com for and up-to-date SJW resource. Also, you can buy a bottle of research grade SJW through the website. It is manufactured by HBC Protocols, and it is relatively expensive.

3. What is Bach's Rescue Remedy? I'm interested.

It made me feel giddy for a few days. Now it just helps me sleep better.
