I went to both of mine as well. Strange that I love to dance, but the floor has to be packed. It was one of the best times of my life.

Aw I never went to one and I'm so jealous of anyone who has been to one. I love the idea of dressing up, making a real evening of it etc but alwyas get funny looks off people when I get so jealous that they've been to one

If I had more friends, I think it would be cool to have an after-high school prom. Just invite my closest friends and everyone can bring a date if they want to. all of our favorite music...and no chaperones. Too bad I have SA.

I was doing homeschool by the time I would have had prom so I didn't go...but of course I wouldn't have went anyway, because nobody would have asked--the people I went to school with hated me and I felt the same way about them.

i can't imagine... and don't say adult, i only graduated a year ago and i refuse to be an adult! not really, i'm kind of ready to put my teenage years behind me... it's true that youth is wasted on the young. me, i'm tired of constantly waiting and preparing for something (ex: in high school, focusing on college, in college focusing on grad school, then a job argh!). i want to get settled down!
well anyway, got kind of carried away ---> you didn't miss much, especially if you didn't know a whole lot of people or if they were nasty to you. but i hate the reason you didn't, the fact that your peers weren't pleasant, it just makes me mad how people treat others. i'm so glad high school's over
