I was just wondering if anyone is from Birmingham or the Midlands in the UK???

I can't find any support groups, or people even, from my area....is there anyone??? Very Happy

), there's a support group in Notts i think, though ive never had the courage to go there!

I'm about an hour away from Birmingham. I don't know of any support groups around that area sadly.

Im 20 and the line of work i do its hard to belive i suffer a panic disorder, no1 except my family knows. When i DJ at a club i have to have a few drinks to enssure i get through the night and even then i feel crap and nervous. Never the less it don't affect my DJing, but on days i cant walk out more door without having an anxiety Attack
