Take the time to look at this site, its what made me finally get help! Theres lots of good advice and information on here. It also lets you take a short test to determine if you have a social anxiety disorder or not.

I looked at this site once, and emailed it to my mum to finally tell her how I had been feeling for years and am going to the doctors on tuesday!
