I hated going to the barber because I always felt self conscious there. I guess it was mostly due to my sp when I decided to try being my own barber. Anymore self taught hair cutters out there?
Yep. The last time i got a professional haircut was a couple of years ago - and i only did because i wanted it short and styled. Now it's longer i just trim it every now and then - no big deal. And it saves me money - that haircut cost me $50 !!!!!
let me cut your hair. . I'll give everyone free hair cuts, plus this is a exclusive SP barbershop, you get a freindly barber that understands, and all people are friendly SP customers.

well i cut my hair outside pretty often and i hate it everytime i have to go there. But, if i try and do it on my own i will probably ruin everything and die out of sa when i have to go outside.
I never go to the hairdressers. My mum trims it for me twice a year. I always keep it to the same length because it's curly. Too short and it looks too thick - too long and it becomes unmanageable. It's so unfair! lol
Girls with straight hair are lucky - I am jealous!!
My wife cuts mine with clippers, it's kept short and I hated going to the barbers, I would never wait for more than 10 min’s for a haircut or no more than 2 people waiting and I would keep going back until the shop was less busy , sometimes it could take days for those right conditions to present itself .

I have ALWAYS in any case except emergency.
Last year I had to go to a stylist to fix a bad perm and was there for three hours. It was hell...all of them talking, all of us in a circle, gossipping...well of course cept for me sitting their like a deaf mute (a clammy one) while they all carried on and I felt terrible
