"just waiting for it to pass" - i'm like that and i hate that i can't do anything proactive to rid it from me - you just have to wait until it subsides. And why is it subsiding ? Why is it there in the first place ? I hate not knowing and simply being at the mercy of it. Do something u like, listen 2 music u enjoy, things that make u happy. I got a bad one a few days ago, I get over mines with drinking, but for some reason that didn't work last time. So I just spent the whole night crying, I couldn't stop it. Online friends did a preety good job of keeping me sane, people from here 2.
It lasted one day for me, but I got over it. You will 2, so fight that motherfu*ker. You'll win in the end. And time is the best doctor.

hey guys, thanks for your support. usually for me it starts and takes on average a week to completely go away. and then i'm extra scared it will come back...
BUT i did wonder, why is this coming back? b/c usually i have a trigger, and i didn't have one this time, it's like the anxiety took over just everything it could and i got depressed...
then i realized i just started birth control and i've heard stories... i'll make a thread to see if anyone else has had this happen b/c alot of my friends say the first time they started it (like the first month) they got the side effect of depression...
but thanks again guys, i try and just tell myself that it will pass...
oh my god, young, do not patronise chavette. what do u know, u dont know what has happened in her life that might cause her to be depressed. seriously, that is uncalled for. age does not matter when it comes to depression, anyone can experience it. i first became depressed at 13 and tried to ***** at 13 so what do you know..nothing. dont pretend u know someone when u clearly do not.

i am man on a mission to make this place fun again who here wants to make this place some where to come to seek advice and just be silly i know i do i mean everyone needs to blow off some steam or just vent every once and a while but their should be more fun and positve things on here
