im sure iv posted about this NIGHTMARE of a problem b4. The problem started after i was mugged at gun point in the dam while on MAGIC MUSHROOMS!!!! ha ha mad eh....well ever since then its like all the nerves around my mouth CONSTANTLY tingle/shake/jitter wot eva u wanna call it...its like havin coca cola as blood!!....stops me concentratin,relaxin, loads of things....really annoyin wen im actualy nervous!!.....do a gr8 elvis impression...uh huh

Hey man - sorry to hear about your ordeal, goodness! Have you had any kind of counselling to help you deal with it - perhaps if you dealt with it the shaky lip and your other problems would cease ??

it didnt really effect me that much....well not that iv realised anyway!!....iv told my shrink but hes a cbt therapist....says the usual things like 2that must hav been terrible " etc etc....it was but maybe itt was the fact id smoked so much really gud green that my lip started shaking...i really dont know....

its like even wen im alone in my flat i can feel it.....if im nervous...like every day...it can b hell plus i blush at the drop of a hat and constantly feel on edge and ALL i worry about is someone...any1 noticing and saying somthing. 5 yrs now, iv had cbt, meds,hypnotherapy.....sure il get there one day tho!! i know i cld do alot more to help myself but always feel so run down trying to in a way pretend im somthing im not....get wot i mean??.....maaan i wish i was bak in sunny oz

you might be experiencing a bit of post traumatic stress - you were under a lot of stress by being under the influence and mugged at the same time. maybe you should see a doc? there might be something they can do to help you out.

i really thot it wld mess me up but apart from the shaky lip thing i havnt thought about it again....so i really dont know if that was the cause...sux tho. iv spoken to my gp twice about it but they gave me beta blockers...which didnt help. il prob try asking again. iv also got a mate with the same problem after an alcohol problem. gp told him the same thing and prescribed him betta blockers. think its called "bfs" or sumin....god knows....REALLY sux tho, jst dunno wot to do these days...nuthin seems to help!!!!!

nah man, just worked and traveled over there for a yr in 2003-04....miss it loads but guess its alot less stress wen ur travling. no morgage,bills etc...eva bn ova to uk?
