MTV show on shyness

MTV (in USA) has a show called Made, great to watch. Wednesday night is about a girl in High School that is very shy, but has an excellent singing voice.
She will get coached to enable her to enter the HS talent contest. Will she be able to do it???
Should be interesting and thought some here might like to see it too.

Oh yeah, I think I've seen the show before.I remember a specific episode where a so called "nerd" tries to make the basketball team. I think there is another episode where an overweight girl tries to make the cheerleading squad.

Wow.. I'll definately have to try to catch that. I wonder how much confidence in a thing like that can affect someones syness..if knowing they have an ability and are good at it..changes thier perception.. hmm.. interesting.

but i can't help but think that if she was really that shy, she wouldn't do a TV show... but i'm not gonna speculate!
