what's the best material to wear that doesn't show the sweat stains?
i've been trying to figure this out, what are your experiences?
light colors yes. but which materials?
please share

I've found thin sweaters made of lambswool and nylon to be very helpful. Nothing shows through them. Loosely-knit polyester is good too.

parkas work very well for not seeing the stains but youll sweat like crazy
