I was in the Trafford center the other day and thought I'd go into the Starbucks there (where I used to work part time as my work therapy), I had been feeling out of sorts all day, I went in the front shop and felt very odd and feint almost, got a tingling sensation in my hands and face, then started to feel breathless,I had to leave the que and sit down, this was not like the usual panic attacks I get, just wondering if anyone else has had a panic attack like this or should I bother the doctor again?

I think that what happened to you is a very common experience of those suffering panic attacks. You should keep working on overcoming your illness. There is a lot of information about how you can go about it on this site. Maybe you should read some of the information that is posted on the social phobia forum.
