To everyone who feels lost, depressed, ashamed and needs support
You have got a problem. You did not choose to have it in your life. It disturbs you, takes up lots of your energy and time, makes you doubt about who you really are and whether you are crazy, makes you feel ashamed.
BUT.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
There are millions of people walking in your shoes. People like you and me. The proof is in front of you - an extra page for you and the others. A page where you can gain support and give support to others.
YOU ARE NOT CRAZY. You are human. You are NORMAL. You can get free from this anxiety. You can choose to stop it from controlling you and control it instead. You can defeat your anxiety, no matter how hopeless your situation may seem.
When you have no hope left, do something positive. Delay your fears, even if it is just for five seconds. Listen to your favourite song. Play with your pet. Read a funny book. Look at a blooming tree. Find something beautiful.
Here, eveeryone knows how the others are feeling. We are a chain of people and we have enough hands to give two to each person and to save him or her. We can all help each other.
Remember you won't always feel bad.
YOU ARE PRECIOUS. EVERYONE OF US IS PRECIOUS. EVERYONE OF US IS SPECIAL, UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL. THERE IS NOBODY WE CCOULD DO WITHOUT. YOUR SOUL IS BEAUTIFUL, TOO.

it sounded so much as an advertisment.. but at the end of reading, i said to myself, well, maybe he isnt advertising... or maybe he'll put the advertisment in another reply Very Happy

actually, you have a digital kind of name. if you know what i mean, flip flop is something in digital electronics, but its a cool name..
