Buried away in a dark dusty room
Feel like you're fading
Mind as blank as the wall
at which you stare

Colours erased from your mind
Thinking only in grey
Starting to stagnate
Starting to decay

A heavy feeling, too sad to cry
Living for moments gone
Lightyears have passed, all alone
Is this my fate?

No more
I wave goodbye to myself
The final chapter of this book
Happy endings are so fake
How can anyone end up happy
When this is all there is?

Bye-bye world, you never knew me

Reminds how I felt in high school....

Anyway, I though the poem had a great undertoning sad flow that gives it a personal view for each reader to relate during this kind of depressed period in their lives. So, it was a excellent done poem. Very Happy
