im fed up with my bloody mood swings ive been fine all day 2day and now ive just "slumped" 4 no bloomin reason i just wish i was on a more even keel its getting me down even tho i am down grrrrr

you will have ups and downs with social phobia just bear that in mind and try to overcome the problem gradually.

Yea its like that,im not as depressed as i used to be but when i was i hated it so damn much! up and down all the time with no reason for changes usualy so its totaly random,i also used to self harm alot when i was depressed but lucky for me its calmed down a lot and i have only cut once this year Very Happy

Never had anti depressants either so had to suffer it mostly alone as well as my family didnt really understand it.

yes, i can relate. its up-down all the time and the smallest thing can trigger my anger and no one understands it. "what the hell is your problem?"- i get that line a lot. i cant even have a boyfriend because of my mood swings, im always changing my mind. and people are always telling me to smile- wtf! i have no reason to smile, and i feel so stupid with a permanent smile on my face all of the time. i just can't do it. wow it feels so good to get this out. Laughing

lol yeah my mum and dad are constantly tellin me 2 smile and im like y i have no reason 2 smile im just sat in the house so u want me 2 walk around wit a grin on my face constantly????um y???when i dont want 2!!!and theres no reason 2 at that time lol
