Can anyone help? I have been meaning to do it for sometime, but I haven't a clue how to alter/ resize the image I want to use. I know its been covered on this website before, but I can't find it anywhere.

Don't do that. It'll get all jagged and distorted. Plus it can only view bmps.
You can also send me the pics and I can resize them for you. I'd host them for you. But I couldn't afford the bandwidth it would take.

he wants to make it smaller, then there will be no distortion..
and plus, u can open gif bmp jpg images with mspaint !

Thanks for your help everyone.  After much frustration using Photo Express and Photo Resizer, I managed to sort it out myself.
