i was in a concert last nite nd i didnt go bright red!
gradually ova the yrs as i have played in more nd more its got easier nd now i think i may b gettin on top of it
mine is brought on by hyperhydrosis so i cant stop it completely but im rele happu neway!

What type of concert? Congratulations for managing better than you have before. I wish I felt I was also making progress ...

Normally in a stressful social situation, I start pale with fear (and lack of suntan), then develop a blush after a few minutes when I relax a little. So my problem seems to be TOO MUCH relaxation.

i play clarinet nd sax nd im a music scholar at my school so i ahve to be in loads of concerts like that
