Connect run workshops which help you deal with SP. They also have a support group, we like to call skills group. Connect is run by volunteers who are dealing with sp themselves or have done in the past. They understand! Call on thursday between 10.30 and 2 ask for Liz. Just tell her that you heard about connect on this site and you would like to know more. She is easy to talk to.
hope this info helps!!

My main problem with sp is work and I feel ready now to take on any job that comes my way. Connect has played a part in the improvement of my confidence.
